Day four
Decided to head of back to Tangalooma for an hours snorkel and the over to Scarbourough marina
Had quiet a good sail until the wind died and we took the second reef in our main out. woops we saw a big storm behind us
First came rain the a strong suderly wind hit us
oceans healeed and all the sails went down.
Heaviest sailing I ever done this far
Left 115 at 7.10 am and got to Tangalooma at 3pm. Way longer than planned. Arrived to Tangalooma in the rain and low tide.
Rain rain rain and more rain.
Lucky B did a great job last night with installing the sterio so we could listen to some Jack Johnsson
Living on a boat really isnt the best when its shit weather
All our clothes are wet and Oceans isnt happy about this boating life at all.
B cooked up the muddy we got from 115 and yum that was so yummy
Jumped in the dingy in the rain to head over to the resort, hoping to get a nice warm meal at the restaurant
Its started pissing down, absolutely soaked
Nothing was open expect a "cafe" that looked like a backpacker hand out. So dodgy!
The resort looked like an old hospital with 30 old matrasses thrown out outside the entrance
Nothing to eat expect a pizza with tin meat.
So beautiful from the water and they have just ruin it on land
Today it wasnt beautiful anyway, pissing down rain and its freezing
Pyteliten bostadsyta...MMaste lara mig att gora chillewippen
We are bobbing around everywhere. For some reason we where stupid enough to anchor here again. Its alwas swell here and it feels like we are on a ferry in the roughes seas.
Tangalooma is a shit place to anchor
We should of just gine straight to Scarbourough
Should of could of would of
Hopefully we can sleep throught the night
Bad news is that its going to rain for a few days
Think the best thing would be to get over to scarborough marina in the morning. Tie up and have a hot shower and go to a nice cafe take oceans for a walk and enjoy dry land for a day
and then head over to Mooloolaba
Cant belive the weather is so bad
Going to try to sleep
